Governance support—not certification
ARCHON is intended to support structured governance work. It does not certify compliance, issue legal determinations, replace a regulator, replace qualified legal or compliance counsel, or guarantee that a system is safe, fair, secure or acceptable.
Framework alignment
References to the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF and GDPR describe intended governance-alignment capabilities. Each framework has a different purpose, scope and application. Mapping does not by itself establish conformity or compliance.
Human accountability
AI-assisted analysis may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular context. Material classifications, approvals, risk acceptance, control design and regulatory conclusions require review by accountable human professionals with relevant authority and expertise.
Illustrative outputs
All output previews on the public site use demonstration content. No real organization should rely on those examples as a governance assessment or implementation plan.
Jurisdiction and change
Laws, standards, guidance and organizational obligations can change. A real engagement must confirm the applicable version, geography, sector, facts, contracts and internal policies.
